The selected UKey has been timed out. Please unplug and insert the UKey to your computer to try again.

No vaild digital certificate has been found. If the certificate has expired, please contact your relationship manager as soon as possible to extend the certificate.

If you have signed up for Corporate Online Banking, please close browser, log in to our Corporate Online Banking again, and select the correct certificate.

Please confirm that you have installed the relevant driver and inserted the UKey into the USB interface.

If you haven't applied for Corporate Online Banking services with our bank, please contact your relationship manager.
6.
Your online banking has been frozen. Please contact your relationship manager to reactivate it.
If an abnormal login risk is detected, you can immediately apply for an 「Urgent Freeze」
